The Users page provides a comprehensive view of all identified users in your project, along with detailed profiles showing their complete activity history.
The Users List
The main users page displays all identified users with:
- User Information — Name, email, and unique identifier
- Last Seen — When the user was last active
- Total Sessions — Number of sessions recorded
- Country — Geographic location
Use the search and filters to find specific users.
User Profiles
Click any user to view their detailed profile:
Overview
- User identification details (ID, name, email)
- First seen and last seen dates
- Total number of sessions and events
- Device and browser information
Activity Timeline
A chronological view of all user activity:
- Page views
- Custom events
- Form submissions
- Errors encountered
- Chat conversations
Session History
List of all sessions from this user:
- Session date and duration
- Pages visited
- Events triggered
- Link to session replay
Related Data
Quick access to:
- Replays — All session recordings for this user
- Errors — Any errors this user encountered
- Chats — Conversation history with this user
User Identification
Users appear in the Users list after you call identify():

});Before identification, activity is tracked by device ID. Once identified, all previous device activity is associated with the user.
