Users
The Users page provides a comprehensive view of all identified users in your project, along with detailed profiles showing their complete activity history.
The Users List
The main users page displays all identified users with:
- Name — User’s display name
- Email — User’s email address
- Last Active — When the user was last active
- First Identified — When the user was first identified
- Activity Range — Total days the user has been active
Use the search bar to find users by name, email, or ID. Filter by subscription status or exclude internal users.
Pre-built Segments
Use the tabs at the top to quickly filter users:
- All Users — All identified users in your project
- New Users — Users who have recently signed up
- Power Users — Top 20% of users by activity
- Fading Away — Users who haven’t been active in the last 14 days
User Profiles
Click any user to view their detailed profile. The profile page has four tabs:
Profile Tab
Core user information:
- User ID — Your internal identifier for this user
- Device ID — The device identifier
- Initial Visit — Date and time of first visit
- First Identified — When
identify()was first called - Last Active — Most recent activity
- Activity Range — Total days active
- Country — Geographic location
- Initial Landing Page — First page visited
- HTTP Referrer — Traffic source
- Device & Browser — Technical details
Subscription section shows:
- Status (Active/Inactive)
- Started at
- Cancelled at (if applicable)
Activity Calendar displays a heatmap of user activity across months, showing which days had activity and total event counts.
Sessions Tab
List of all sessions from this user with links to session replays.
Errors Tab
Any JavaScript errors this user encountered.
Chats Tab
Conversation history with this user.
User Identification
Users appear in the Users list after you call identify():

});Before identification, activity is tracked by device ID. Once identified, all previous device activity is associated with the user.
