Home Dashboard

The Home dashboard is your central hub in Overcentric, giving you a quick overview of everything happening across your project.

What You’ll See

When you log in, the Home dashboard greets you with a summary of key metrics:

Website

A snapshot of your website traffic:

• Visits in last 7 days — Recent visitor count
• Signups — New user registrations

Product

Your product engagement at a glance:

• Users active today — How many users were active today in your product

Users

A list of your most recent users with:

• Name
• Last active timestamp

Replays

• Replays recorded today — Number of session replays captured

Errors

• Errors detected today — Client-side JavaScript errors caught

Chat

• Unread conversations — Chat messages waiting for your response

Help Center

• Articles published — Total articles in your Help Center

Navigation

The sidebar provides quick access to all Overcentric tools:

• Analytics — Website, Product, Users, Reports
• Experience — Replays, Errors
• Customer Support — Chat, Help Center

At the bottom of the sidebar, you’ll find links to Project Settings, Organization, Billing, Documentation, and Share Feedback.
